Your Role Lead SAP ABAP ECC technical design, development, implementation, and support across multiple SAP modules. Manage and deliver RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) adhering to SAP best practices. Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Lead ABAP development teams, conduct code reviews, ensure quality standards, and mentor junior developers. Drive project planning, effort estimation, risk management, performance optimization, and production support activities. Your Profile 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP ABAP ECC development and technical leadership. Hands-on experience with ABAP, OOABAP, ALV Reports, BAPIs, BDC, IDocs, RFCs, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, Enhancements, BADIs, and User Exits.
