Responsibilities
- ● Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of SAP CO solutions in S/4HANA.
- ● Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Product Costing, Actual Costing, and Margin Analysis.
- ● Own the configuration and operation of the Material Ledger.
- ● Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specs.
- ● Manage and guide a team of consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- ● Conduct workshops, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs with client teams.
- ● Ensure seamless integration of CO processes with MM, PP, and FI.
Requirements
- ● Must have SAP CO - Product Costing (Standard and Actual Costing) skills.
- ● Must have Margin Analysis (Account-Based COPA in S/4HANA) skills.
- ● Must have Material Ledger (Multi-currency & Actual Costing in S/4HANA) skills.
- ● Strong cross-functional integration with MM, PP, FI modules.
- ● Experience leading SAP CO solution design and full-cycle implementations.
- ● Stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- ● 8 to 15 years of hands-on SAP CO experience with at least 3-5 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- ● Deep functional knowledge of SAP CO submodules: Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and COPA.
- ● Proven expertise in Material Ledger configuration (period-end closing, multi-currency setup, actual costing runs).
- ● Experience in Margin Analysis setup with profitability characteristics and reporting.
- ● Strong knowledge of cost flows from procurement to production and sales.
- ● Comfortable working with Fiori apps, CDS views, and S/4HANA embedded analytics.
- ● Hands-on experience with cross-functional integration (MM, PP, FI, SD).
- ● Automotive industry experience (OEMs or Tier 1/2 suppliers) is preferred.
- ● SAP S/4HANA certification - Controlling or Finance is preferred.
- ● SAP Fiori experience relevant to CO processes is preferred.
- ● Exposure to SAP Activate or Agile project methodologies is preferred.
- ● Automotive domain experience preferred.
- ● Master's in finance, Chartered Accountant, or similar qualifications.
- ● Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
