About the Role

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute GTS strategy for European import/export declarations; maintain a responsive roadmap. Innovate compliance automation for EU and country codes, focusing mainly on Europe with global awareness. Stakeholder Management: Serve as main contact between engineering, compliance, brokers, and customers. Build relationships with customs authorities and support sales and implementation. Requirements & Execution: Gather and analyze stakeholder input; translate customs rules into specs and user stories. Ensure accurate localization and validate compliance of product. Customer Advocacy & Support: Represent customers in development, resolve escalated issues, and gather feedback. What you bring: Experience: 10+ years in product management, trade compliance, and logistics. Extensive SAP GTS implementation. Managed complex portfolios and cross-functional teams. Knowledge of S/4HANA would be a plus Skills: Expert in European customs, SAP GTS architecture, and data integration. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Languages: Fluent English; skilled in specifications and presentations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other SAP trade compliance solutions. Customs/trade compliance background. Knowledge of emerging technologies, especially AI and regulatory change management. Prior interaction with customs authorities.
