What you'll build Own the end-to-end recruitment coordination for the team, from job postings to onboarding and offboarding, including equipment, system access, and workspace setup Support in maintaining operational tracking and budget overviews (hiring, travel, events) to keep the team organized Serve as the first point of contact for team members and liaise with internal teams such as IT, Facilities and Procurement, resolving operational requests independently Support leadership with calendar management and organize, prepare and facilitate team meetings, including agenda preparation, and follow-up Create and maintain documentation across multiple areas: what the team does and how it works, operational processes and playbooks, and communication materials such as newsletters and presentations for various audiences What you bring Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft 36
