Responsibilities

- ● configure, implement, and support Oracle Field Service (OFS) solutions.
- ● Configure and implement Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) solutions.
- ● Design workflows, routing plans, activity types, work zones, resources, and
- ● capacity management.
- ● Integrate Oracle Field Service with Oracle CX, Oracle ERP, CRM, and
- ● third-party applications.
- ● Conduct requirement workshops, solution design sessions, and user training.
- ● YOUR PROFILE
- ● Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
- ● Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing support.
- ● Develop functional and technical documentation.
- ● Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
- ● Support enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- ● Hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service (OFS) Cloud.
