Your Role - Job Role As a SAP RCM ONB Consultant, you will : Gather and analyze business requirements for Recruiting and Onboarding processes. Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0). Design and maintain requisition templates, job application templates, offer approval workflows, and onboarding programs. Configure candidate experience, recruiting marketing integrations, and onboarding activities. Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job requisition, candidate selection, offer management, and new hire onboarding. Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities. Work with integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems.
