About the Company

Role Summary We are looking for a technically strong Salesforce or Java Developer with solid CRM knowledge and hands-on experience delivering scalable enterprise solutions. The candidate should have strong JavaScript skills, take end-to-end responsibility for assigned work, and be ready to adopt AI-enabled development practices.

Responsibilities

  • ● Design, develop, test, and maintain CRM-related applications and integrations.
  • ● Develop solutions using Salesforce technologies or Java-based frameworks.
  • ● Build responsive user interfaces and client-side functionality using JavaScript.
  • ● Analyze business requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions.
  • ● Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and production issues.
  • ● Take ownership of deliverables from requirement analysis through deployment and support.
  • ● Collaborate with business analysts, architects, operations teams, and other developers.
  • ● Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development and security standards.
  • ● Support system enhancements, defect resolution, performance improvement, and technical documentation.
  • ● Explore and apply AI-assisted development tools and AI-based capabilities where relevant.

  • ● Strong development experience in Salesforce or Java.
  • ● Good understanding of CRM concepts, customer journeys, workflows, and integrations.
  • ● Deep technical knowledge of application design, APIs, databases, debugging, and system integration.
  • ● Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
