- ● We are seeking a seasoned Manager / Senior Manager to join our rapidly growing Platform Enablement capability within the Software & Platform industry group. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving digital transformation through ERP/CRM platforms enablement, with a strong foundation in SAP or Salesforce technologies and a strategic consulting mindset. In this role, you will lead high-impact engagements, shape digital transformation strategy and approach for clients, and contribute to thought leadership for innovation.
- ● Roles & Responsibilities:
- ● Lead client engagements to design, develop, and implement ERP/CRM solutions
- ● Define business cases, transformation roadmaps, and target operating models
- ● Advise CXOs and senior executives on how business processes can be revisited with technology capabilities at the forefront for innovation and efficiency
- ● Ideate and architect Agentic AI use cases and oversee their integration into key functional processes
- ● Stay ahead of AI/GenAI trends and translate them into actionable consulting offerings
