Workday Integrations Consultant

About the Role

Responsibilities

• ● Assess and analyze incoming requests requiring Workday integrations built using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, or web services (SOAP/REST)
• ● Translate integration requirements into technical specifications and configuration/code changes
• ● Manage requests through the full lifecycle - intake, impact assessment, prioritization, build, testing, and deployment
• ● Perform unit testing, SIT, and support end-to-end and UAT cycles for integration changes
• ● Maintain integration documentation, including data mapping and error-handling logic
• ● Coordinate with functional teams (HCM, Financials) and external system owners on integration dependencies
• ● Track and report on request status, and resolution progress
• ● Required Skills & Experience
• ● Hands-on experience building and supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, or similar)
• ● Understanding of web services standards (SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT)

• ● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across functional and technical teams

• ● Workday Integrations certification(s)
• ● Exposure to governance and prioritization processes in a large program environment
