Do work that matters As a Staff Data Engineer within Financial Services & Control Technology, you will provide technical leadership across the design, delivery, modernisation and ongoing evolution of our strategic data platforms.

- ● A key initial focus of this role will be leading the modernisation of legacy
- ● Microsoft SQL Server-based data platforms into AWS-native services. Following
- ● migration, the role will continue to own and evolve the platform through ongoing
- ● feature delivery, operational excellence, automation and AI-enabled engineering

- ● This role sits within the Financial Services & Control Crew, where we design and
- ● deliver technology platforms that provide trusted, accurate and timely financial
- ● information supporting the Bank's financial and regulatory obligations.
- ● As a Staff Data Engineer, you will be a hands-on senior technical leader within
- ● the Engineering Chapter, driving platform strategy, engineering excellence and
- ● technical decision-making while mentoring engineers and contributing to the
- ● broader data engineering community.
