Responsibilities

  • ● unit and will be responsible to support our SAP internal customers. As part of
  • ● this you will gain deep understanding of support applications, tasks and
  • ● Together with the team you will define, design and implement the support model,
  • ● assist in managing projects to continuously improve support quality and delivery
  • ● but also deliver internal customer support.

  • ● Student (f/m/d) at a university of applied sciences
  • ● Preferred fields of study: Computer science, Business Informatics,
  • ● Engineering or related fields
  • ● Preferred skills: first experience in IT-Service Management
  • ● Soft skills: Proactive thinking, good sense of responsibility and
  • ● flexibility, strong communication & networking skills, Strong analytical and
  • ● logical skills, Fluent in English and German language - verbally and in

  • ● SAP for Me with the focus to abstract and automate every aspect of the software
  • ● life cycle in order to accelerate the delivery of value driven applications
