In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce Consultants, Developers, and Architects to understand business needs, document requirements, and help translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. You will also support testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities across the project lifecycle. Requirements
- ● -3 years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or a similar role.
- ● Salesforce certifications such as Administrator and/or Platform App Builder.
- ● Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and declarative features.
- ● Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security.
- ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- ● Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

- ● Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.

- ● Delivery of high-quality functional requirements and documentation.
