Your Role SAP Service Delivery Leadership - Lead SAP AMS engagements with ownership of service delivery, client management, and governance. Program & Operations Management - Manage program planning, issue/risk resolution, budgets, P&L, financial reporting, and delivery milestones. Client & Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary client-facing delivery lead, ensuring stakeholder alignment and service excellence. Agile Team Leadership - Lead multiple Scrum teams, mentor team members, and drive successful project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Transformation & Continuous Improvement - Drive automation, operational efficiency, quality controls, process improvements, and SAP transformation initiatives. Your Profile Overall Experience 9-12 Years needed. SAP Techno-Functional Expertise - Strong hands-on experience in SAP modules with ECC and S/4HANA exposure. SAP AMS & ITSM Experience - Minimum 5 years in SAP Application Management, including Incident, Problem, Change,
