Your Role Lead SAP AMS Engagements - Manage end-to-end SAP Application Management Services (AMS) engagements, ensuring smooth Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management. Client & Delivery Management - Act as the primary client-facing delivery lead, managing stakeholders, risks, issues, dependencies, and service performance. Program & Financial Ownership - Drive program planning, budgeting, financial reporting, P&L management, profitability, and margin improvement initiatives. Team Leadership & Agile Delivery - Lead multiple Scrum teams, mentor resources, ensure delivery excellence, and promote Agile/Scrum best practices. Transformation & Continuous Improvement - Drive automation, operational excellence, process improvements, quality governance, and SAP transformation initiatives.
