• ● Manage SAP S/4 Large Transformation Programs including Greenfield
• ● Implementations, Brownfield/Bluefield S/4 Conversions, and Global S/4
• ● Drive revenue, profitability, and capability growth KPIs
• ● Manage client relationships and all aspects of engagement delivery
• ● Consult and guide clients on SAP transformation initiatives
• ● Build strategic client partnerships leveraging SAP delivery success
• ● Demonstrate strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills
• ● Build and develop SAP S/4 talent across domains and capabilities
• ● Drive upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives
• ● Attract and hire talent through multiple sourcing channels and networks
