• ● Seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SF PMGM Consultant
• ● Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) module.
• ● Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other
• ● SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Compensation, Recruiting).
• ● YOUR PROFILE
• ● years of experience in configuring and administering SuccessFactors
• ● Performance and Goal Management modules.
• ● SuccessFactors certification or SAP HCM certification.
• ● In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors PMGM features and functionalities.
• ● Strong understanding of performance management processes and best practices.
• ● Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other
• ● SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Compensation, Recruiting).
