Responsibilities

• ● We are looking for a seasoned Workday HCM professional with extensive experience
• ● in IT and Human Capital Management. This role offers the opportunity to lead
• ● end-to-end Workday implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects, while driving
• ● HCM transformation initiatives for global clients. You will play a pivotal role
• ● in ensuring delivery assurance, managing client expectations, and guiding teams
• ● through complex Workday programs.

• ● Lead and manage full lifecycle Workday HCM implementations (minimum 5

• ● Drive HCM transformation initiatives, including business process
• ● optimization, testing, data migration, and integration methodologies.
• ● Apply Workday implementation methodologies to ensure successful rollouts and

• ● Provide delivery assurance by overseeing project governance, risk management,
