Responsibilities
- ● in IT and Human Capital Management. This role offers the opportunity to lead
- ● end-to-end Workday implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects, while driving
- ● HCM transformation initiatives for global clients. You will play a pivotal role
- ● in ensuring delivery assurance, managing client expectations, and guiding teams
- ● through complex Workday programs.
- ● Additional Responsibilities Include:
- ● Lead and manage full lifecycle Workday HCM implementations (minimum 5
- ● completed projects).
- ● Drive HCM transformation initiatives, including business process
- ● optimization, testing, data migration, and integration methodologies.
- ● Apply Workday implementation methodologies to ensure successful rollouts and
- ● AMS support.
- ● Provide delivery assurance by overseeing project governance, risk management,
- ● and quality standards.
- ● Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and design scalable
- ● Workday HCM solutions.
- ● Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and
- ● best practices.
- ● Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term
