Responsibilities

  • As a Service Request & Asset Management Analyst at Cadent, you'll play a key role in ensuring our IT services are efficient, well governed and aligned to business needs. Working within our IT function, you'll help manage service requests, maintain critical service and asset data, and provide insight that supports operational performance across the organisation.
  • This is a varied role that combines service management, data analysis and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with IT teams, service partners and business stakeholders to enhance the user experience, improve service delivery and maintain accurate records across our service catalogue and Configuration Management Database analysing trends and identifying recurring issues to supporting service reporting and asset governance, you'll contribute directly to the effective delivery of IT services across Cadent.

  • You're an organised and analytical IT professional who enjoys working with data, processes and stakeholders to improve service delivery.
  • Service Management Knowledge
  • Understanding of IT Service Management principles and best practice
  • Hands-on experience using ServiceNow, including service request management, ticket handling, reporting and service catalogue processes
  • Knowledge of ITIL disciplines is desirable
  • Analysis & Reporting Skills
  • Ability to produce meaningful reports and service insights
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
