Responsibilities

- ● Diagnose, evaluate, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- ● Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- ● Promote preventive healthcare through routine screenings, health education, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
- ● Manage patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and other long-term conditions.
- ● Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic investigations.
- ● Refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
- ● Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic medical records in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations.
- ● Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and international quality standards.
- ● Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and continuing medical education (CME) activities.
- ● Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff when required.
- ● Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and multidisciplinary team activities.
- ● Deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
