Responsibilities

  • ● h internal and external stakeholders. You will coordinate the plant warehouse team (RMS) which including RM receiving from external warehouse, warehouse support - forklift driver and pre-assembly team. You will handle plan of preassembly to support production following scheduling before that expected 2 days before plan or due date. You will support implementation ISO9001, GMP-HACCP, OHSAS18001, ISO14001, IATF16949 and EHS Management system. You will report directly to Raw Material Storage Supervisor.
  • ● To prepare the daily work of pre-batch to RMS team (Support team-RT and pre-assembly team).
  • ● To manage Raw material transaction to be ready to support daily production that consist of pre-assembly transection, RM receiving transection, RM returns transection and intermediate also doing same practice.
  • ● To support monthly preparation information following KPI measurement
  • ● To be team leader to lead the result of daily work with smooth and accurate records.
  • ● To manage raw material movement both physical and system movement on time and accuracy.
  • ● To verify Raw material / Intermediate / Containers movement by physical compare system/transection correctly and real-time movement.
  • ● To reconcile RM stock and cycle count management
  • ● To support another requirement from other departments (Production / Quality / Technical)
  • ● Reduce unnecessary stock and overtime production support.
  • ● Conduct cycle count and inventory physical count.
  • ● + years of experience as a storekeeper leader
  • ● Familiar with SAP/Oracle or other Warehouse management system (WMS) for inventory transection understanding.
  • ● Knowledge of process relates to standard - ISO9001, GMP-HACCP, OHSAS18001, ISO14001, IATF16949 and EHS Management system
  • ● Hazardous material management.
  • ● Reach-Truck certificate is advantage.
