Responsibilities
- ● Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Singapore, Group-IB is a leading creator of cybersecurity technologies to investigate, prevent, and fight digital crime. Combating cybercrime is in the company's DNA, shaping its technological capabilities to defend businesses, citizens, and support law enforcement operations.
- ● Group-IB's Digital Crime Resistance Centers (DCRCs) are located in the Middle East, Europe, Central Asia, and Asia-Pacific to help critically analyze and promptly mitigate regional and country-specific threats. These mission-critical units help Group-IB strengthen its contribution to global cybercrime prevention and continually expand its threat-hunting capabilities.
- ● In this role, by applying strong consulting, business and leadership skills in the cybersecurity domain, you will support business development teams, facilitate Group-IB cybersecurity services brand awareness progression on the market, drive thought leadership, generate a demand for cybersecurity service engagements and lead service projects under tight deadlines, developing a customer journey maps following up on service engagements.
- ● You will have unique experience in service delivery management of a diverse range of cybersecurity services offered by 4 practices: cyber defense consulting, training, digital forensics and incident response, red teaming areas including standalone services or cross-practice engagements requiring multiple skill domains.
- ● You will be responsible for working with our clients and utilize Group-IB services capabilities, extensive knowledge base and security approach, to help address cyber problems organisations are facing today. Group-IB is a recognized leader in threat intelligence, incident response services, fraud protection.
- ● Our unique combination of experience responding to the most complex breaches (more that 1500 incident response engagements) over 21 years of Group-IB history, high-end cyber threat and fraud intelligence, extended detection and response (XDR) technology protecting clients around the globe, unique experience in high-tech crime investigations and collaborations with Law Enforcement agencies (INTERPOL, EUROPOL, AFRIPOL), geographical presence across APAC, META, Europe, Central Asia, LATAM regions, ensures Group-IB has an outstanding visibility about today's cyber threat landscape and capacity to protect clients from a diverse range of cybersecurity challenges.
- ● YOUR MISSION
- ● Cybersecurity services generation:
- ● Conduct client meetings and support sales across the cybersecurity services portfolio.
- ● Process incoming requests and develop customer-specific solutions.
- ● Opportunity Lifecycle Management:
- ● Service delivery management: project supervision, validating deliverables and presenting executive summary to the customers
- ● Post-engagement follow-ups
- ● Designing customer-specific journey map
- ● Facilitating and coordinating complex projects opportunities (involving multiple service practices)
- ● Strategic Development:
- ● Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- ● Develop long-term and national-level cybersecurity initiatives.
- ● Brand Recognition:
- ● Develop C-suite content and cybersecurity thought leadership.
