Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- ● Professional membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent professional body, or actively working toward membership
- ● Required Experience
- ● Proven experience administering and working with JCT and NEC forms of contract
- ● Demonstrated expertise in measurement, quantification, and cost planning across multiple project sectors
- ● Strong background in preparing Bills of Quantities and developing comprehensive cost plans
- ● Proven track record in stakeholder management and client relationship building
- ● Demonstrated expertise in variation management and final account negotiation
- ● Proven experience in valuation and contract administration
- ● Required Skills & Competencies
- ● Proficiency with CostX software and other cost management tools
- ● Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- ● Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project economics
- ● Leadership capabilities with experience mentoring and developing junior professionals
- ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- ● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organizational excellence
- ● Strong time management and organizational skills
- ● Risk assessment and mitigation capabilities
- ● Familiarity with local UAE construction standards and regulations
