Job Description We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Cost Management team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will deliver comprehensive cost management and quantity surveying services across a diverse portfolio of projects. Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • ● Professional membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent professional body, or actively working toward membership
  • ● Required Experience
  • ● Proven experience administering and working with JCT and NEC forms of contract
  • ● Demonstrated expertise in measurement, quantification, and cost planning across multiple project sectors
  • ● Strong background in preparing Bills of Quantities and developing comprehensive cost plans
  • ● Proven track record in stakeholder management and client relationship building
  • ● Demonstrated expertise in variation management and final account negotiation
  • ● Proven experience in valuation and contract administration
  • ● Required Skills & Competencies
  • ● Proficiency with CostX software and other cost management tools
  • ● Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
  • ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • ● Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project economics
  • ● Leadership capabilities with experience mentoring and developing junior professionals
  • ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • ● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organizational excellence
  • ● Strong time management and organizational skills
  • ● Risk assessment and mitigation capabilities
  • ● Familiarity with local UAE construction standards and regulations
