Job Description Location: Hams Hall, Birmingham Salary: 35,617 per annum Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, rotating shifts Shifts: 6:00am-2:30pm and 10:00am-6:30pm Working Arrangement: Fully onsite Join Arvato as an SAP Super User Are you an experienced SAP user with a passion for systems, processes and continuous improvement Arvato is looking for an SAP Super User to join our team at our Hams Hall warehouse. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our warehouse operation, helping colleagues get the most from SAP and ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • ● Act as a key point of contact for SAP within the warehouse environment.
  • ● Provide day-to-day support and guidance to colleagues using SAP.
  • ● Troubleshoot system and process issues, escalating more complex problems where required.
  • ● Support the implementation and testing of SAP system changes.
  • ● Identify opportunities to improve processes, system usage and operational efficiency.
  • ● Work closely with warehouse, operations and other business teams to resolve issues.
  • ● Help train and coach colleagues on SAP processes and functionality.
  • ● Monitor data accuracy and ensure transactions are completed correctly.
  • ● Produce and analyse relevant system and operational reports.
  • ● Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

  • ● We're looking for someone who has:
  • ● Previous experience using SAP within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
  • ● A strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems.
  • ● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • ● The confidence to support and train colleagues at different levels.
  • ● Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • ● Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
  • ● A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • ● The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
