  • ● The Project Engineer - Industrial Launch is responsible for leading manufacturing launch activities for both TOW (Transfer Of Work) or production transfer programs and new product introductions (NPI) in a new automotive component manufacturing plant. The role manages all industrialization activities from BOM release in SAP through Start of Production (SOP), ensuring manufacturing readiness, quality compliance, and successful project execution.
  • ● The position serves as the primary coordinator of cross-functional launch activities and is accountable for industrial project delivery, including manufacturing process implementation, equipment and tooling readiness, production validation, PPAP submission, and factory stage-gate approvals. The role focuses exclusively on internal manufacturing and industrial launch activities and does not manage customer-facing communications.
