• ● Join Arvato as an SAP Super User
• ● Are you an experienced SAP user with a passion for systems, processes and continuous improvement Arvato is looking for an SAP Super User to join our team at our Hams Hall warehouse.
• ● This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our warehouse operation, helping colleagues get the most from SAP and ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• ● Act as a key point of contact for SAP within the warehouse environment.
• ● Provide day-to-day support and guidance to colleagues using SAP.
• ● Troubleshoot system and process issues, escalating more complex problems where required.
• ● Support the implementation and testing of SAP system changes and UAT testing.
• ● Identify opportunities to improve processes, system usage and operational efficiency.
• ● Work closely with warehouse, operations and other business teams to resolve issues.
• ● Help train and coach colleagues on SAP processes and functionality.
• ● Monitor data accuracy and ensure transactions are completed correctly.
• ● Produce and analyse relevant system and operational reports.
• ● Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
• ● Qualifications
• ● We're looking for someone who has:
• ● Previous experience using SAP within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• ● A strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems.
