  • ● Application Support & Operations
  • ● Provide L3-level support for SAP BPC incidents, service requests, and problem management
  • ● Lead troubleshooting of: Data inconsistencies Process chain failures Consolidation and reporting issues
  • ● Ensure system availability and performance during critical closing cycles (MEC/QEC/YEC)
  • ● Change & Enhancement Delivery
  • ● Lead end-to-end delivery of Change Requests (CRs) including: Requirement analysis Effort estimation and solution design Build, testing, and deployment
  • ● Drive continuous improvements in planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes
  • ● Stakeholder Management
  • ● Act as primary interface with finance users, business stakeholders, and leadership
  • ● Provide functional advisory on: Financial planning & budgeting Consolidation rules and reporting structures
  • ● Translate business requirements into SAP BPC solutions
  • ● Technical & Functional Leadership
  • ● Lead and mentor junior consultants
  • ● Review solution designs and ensure adherence to best practices
  • ● Manage escalations and provide root cause analysis for recurring issues
  • ● Drive knowledge sharing and documentation standards
