• ● AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Planning & Scheduling Engineering, in Riyadh, KSA.The Planning & Scheduling Engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for major roads, highways, bridges, interchanges, and transportation infrastructure projects within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment. The role will support project delivery teams by ensuring effective planning, progress measurement, schedule analysis, and performance reporting throughout the project lifecycle.The successful candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure projects and extensive experience in planning and scheduling within a PMC or consultancy environment, providing planning expertise across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

• ● Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• ● Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project execution plans.
• ● Monitor project progress against approved baselines and identify variances.
• ● Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams to ensure schedule alignment.
• ● Review and evaluate contractors' baseline schedules, recovery schedules, and revised programs.
• ● Ensure schedule compliance with contractual requirements and project milestones.
• ● Develop short-term and long-term look-ahead schedules to support project delivery.
• ● Progress Monitoring & Analysis
• ● Track project progress and productivity against planned activities.
• ● Analyze schedule performance and critical path activities.
• ● Identify delays, bottlenecks, and potential schedule risks.
• ● Prepare schedule variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• ● Support the development of mitigation and recovery plans where required.
• ● Perform schedule integrity and health checks.
• ● Project Controls & Reporting
• ● Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• ● Develop key planning and performance indicators (KPIs).
