Responsibilities

  • ● AFe/Agile delivery: Operate within SAFe/Agile release trains, lead integration features/stories, define DoR/DoD, and contribute to program increments across large SAP transformations.
  • ● End to end integration delivery: Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations across SAP and non SAP systems using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI, APIM, Event Mesh).
  • ● Integration architecture: Implement scalable, resilient, reusable integration architectures and patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, pub/sub, event driven, batch, request reply).
  • ● Workshops & documentation: Lead integration design workshops; produce functional and technical specs, interface contracts, canonical models, and sequence/flow diagrams for business and IT stakeholders.
  • ● Adapters & protocols: Configure, deploy, and monitor interfaces leveraging adapters/protocols including HTTP, IDoc, JMS, SFTP, OData, SOAP, REST, AMQP.
  • ● Secure file transfers: Design and implement secure file based integrations using SFTP, FTPS, AS2 for SAP and non SAP endpoints.
  • ● Security & compliance: Ensure integrations meet enterprise security, data privacy, segregation of duties, and Australian data residency / Privacy Act and sector regulatory requirements (e.g., APRA, ATO, payroll/STP where applicable).
  • ● CI/CD & DevOps: Define and implement CI/CD pipelines for iFlows, APIs, and Event Mesh configurations using Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and SAP CTS+/Transport Management.
  • ● Identity & access: Integrate CAP (CAPM) services with Integration Suite, Event Mesh, IAS, XSUAA; architect and configure SAP IAS/IPS for authentication and user provisioning.
  • ● API lifecycle: Develop, secure, and publish APIs and integration flows in SAP API Management with policies for authentication, rate limiting, quotas, threat protection, and analytics.
  • ● Standard content enablement: Leverage and extend SAP standard content (iFlows, APIs, adapters) for S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, and BTP services.
