  • ● Logistics coordinators are the operational center of freight transportation in ensuring the effectiveness of transportation planning, carrier management, freight visibility, and logistics execution.
  • ● Responsibilities Include:
  • ● Executing the day-to-day operations of the Transportation Management System (TMS) or any logistics activities
  • ● Analyzing transportation performance data, freight costs, carrier service levels,
  • ● Maintaining TMS master data, transportation rules, workflows, and reporting
  • ● Initiative idea for opportunities to improve logistics processes, freight efficiency, and system utilization
  • ● Perform verifying and validation data or audit before posted payment
  • ● Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials on SharePoint
  • ● Coordinating activities, including logistics and system validation
  • ● Works effectively across logistics service providers (2PL, 3PL & 4PL) to solve service issues
  • ● Supporting TMS implementations, integrations, and optimization
  • ● Execution of a change management initiative
  • ● Any other reasonable tasks as requested by the manager
  • ● Qualifications:
