Production Supervisor

• ● Main responsibilities
• ● Production Operations & People Management
• ● Lead and supervise daily production activities to meet production output, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets.
• ● Plan and allocate manpower to ensure effective utilization of resources and smooth production operations.
• ● Conduct daily production meetings, communicate priorities, and provide guidance and support to production operators.
• ● Monitor production performance, including output, downtime, productivity, efficiency, and overtime, and implement corrective actions when required.
• ● Coach, develop, and motivate production employees to build capability, engagement, and operational discipline.
• ● Production Performance, Quality & Inventory Control
• ● Own daily production performance and drive actions to achieve plant KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• ● Investigate production losses, downtime, quality issues, and inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.
• ● Collaborate with Quality and Process Engineering teams to resolve process and product quality issues.
• ● Ensure accurate inventory management within production areas, including stock reconciliation and inventory counting activities.
• ● Manage production labels and related documentation
• ● Perform production and inventory transactions in SAP, including production confirmation, material consumption, inventory reconciliation, and related system records.
• ● Maintain and ensure accuracy of production-related master data, digital records, and operational databases to support reliable reporting and manufacturing processes.
