Responsibilities
- ● Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
- ● Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP configurations to meet strategic objectives
- ● Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- ● Guiding teams in the seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- ● Providing training and support to clients for effective use of SAP solutions
- ● Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
- ● Encouraging team development through coaching and leveraging individual strengths
- ● Identifying opportunities for business transformation and process optimization
- ● Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for custom SAP development
- ● Promoting the adoption of SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori for enhanced data insights
- ● Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with stakeholders
- ● Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines
- ● What You Must Have
- ● At least a Bachelor's degree
- ● At least 4 years of experience
- ● Oral and written proficiency in English required
- ● What Sets You Apart
- ● At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- ● Demonstrating proficiency in SAP HANA and SAP Fiori
- ● Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for business transformation
