• ● Program Governance & Delivery
• ● Lead end-to-end management of SAP AMS, Application Development, and project portfolios, ensuring adherence to defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality parameters.
• ● Establish and manage a robust governance and reporting framework across all SAP workstreams.
• ● Client & Stakeholder Management
• ● Engage IT and business stakeholders regularly to provide program updates, gather feedback, and identify additional business opportunities.
• ● Ensure smooth coordination, expectation alignment, and transparent communication across stakeholder groups.
• ● Scope & Contract Management
• ● Interpret and manage delivery in accordance with the agreed Statement of Work.
• ● Drive required scope adjustments or contract modifications through structured stakeholder discussions.
• ● Risk & Issue Management
• ● Proactively identify delivery risks and issues, define mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution to safeguard program stability.
• ● Innovation & Thought Leadership
• ● Stay current with SAP product advancements and guide the client through transformation initiatives such as S/4HANA migration, cloud modernization, BTP adoption, and integration with operational technology systems.
• ● Promote innovation within the AMS model to enhance efficiency and value delivery.
• ● People Leadership
• ● Lead onsite and offshore delivery teams across functional and technical tracks.
• ● Manage performance, capability development, mentoring, and escalation resolution.
