Responsibilities

  • ● As the Data Migration Lead, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the end-to-end data migration strategy for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Greenfield implementation in an educational institution. You will work closely with functional and technical teams, client stakeholders, and SAP experts to ensure data integrity, compliance, and successful cutover.
  • ● Strategy & Planning:
  • ● Develop and own the data migration strategy aligned with SAP Activate methodology.
  • ● Define migration scope, objects, timelines, and dependencies.
  • ● Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to gather legacy data requirements.
  • ● Execution:
  • ● Lead ETL processes using SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, and other tools.
  • ● Manage staging tables and templates for migration objects.
  • ● Oversee data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading activities.
  • ● Team Leadership:
  • ● Guide and mentor data migration consultants and analysts.
  • ● Collaborate with functional leads across modules (HCM, FI, MM, SD, etc.).
