About the Role Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex SAP transformation programs and projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing stakeholders, and delivering measurable value through effective planning, governance, and risk management.

  • ● Monitor project performance using key metrics and reporting frameworks, identifying opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and outcomes.
  • ● Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams, workstreams, and functions to resolve complex challenges and support successful project execution.
  • ● Lead risk, issue, and change management activities while ensuring effective mitigation plans are implemented.
  • ● Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • ● Required Qualifications
  • ● Proven experience managing large-scale SAP implementation, transformation, or enhancement projects.
  • ● Expert-level proficiency in Program and Project Management with demonstrated success delivering complex projects in a matrixed environment.
  • ● Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices.
  • ● Advanced knowledge of scope management, project estimation, planning, scheduling, and resource management.
  • ● Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • ● Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
  • ● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
