  • ● Working closely with business leaders, the Value Stream Architect, and specialist technology partners, you will provide strategic leadership, architecture governance, and transformation oversight across key initiatives, including the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central. This is a highly influential role focused on driving successful business outcomes, assuring delivery quality, and ensuring every technology investment supports our customers long-term growth and transformation goals.
  • ● Nostra has offices in Dublin (HQ), Galway, Cork and Belfast.
  • ● Lead the strategic governance and successful delivery of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central migration, ensuring alignment with our customers' business objectives, future operating model, and transformation roadmap.
  • ● Act as the technology and architecture authority for the ERP programme, ensuring Business Central is fully integrated within the wider technology ecosystem and enterprise architecture.
  • ● Oversee the definition, validation, and traceability of business, functional, reporting, data, and integration requirements across all ERP workstreams.
  • ● Govern and assure the performance of implementation partners, ensuring solutions are appropriately scoped, prioritised, architected, and aligned to agreed business outcomes.
  • ● Review and challenge solution designs, integrations, customisations, extensions, and third-party applications to ensure scalability, security, operational efficiency, and alignment with architecture standards.
  • ● Lead ERP governance, including architecture assurance, stage-gate controls, risk management, and decision-making throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • ● Oversee data migration, master data governance, data quality, testing, business readiness, cutover planning, and benefits realisation activities to support successful adoption.
  • ● Partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and the Value Stream Architect to ensure future-state processes, value streams, and architecture principles are reflected in the ERP solution.
  • ● Manage ERP-related risks, issues, dependencies, and supplier performance, escalating concerns and recommending corrective action where programme objectives, business value, or architectural integrity are at risk.
  • ● Provide regular programme updates, architecture assurance, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and governance boards.
  • ● Proven experience in a senior IT leadership, CIO, vCIO, Enterprise Architecture, or Digital Transformation role, delivering large-scale technology and business transformation programmes.
  • ● Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, technology governance, applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, cyber security, and strategic roadmap development.
  • ● Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers, ensuring delivery quality, architectural alignment, and business value.
  • ● Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership teams and governance boards.
  • ● Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, with industry certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or Microsoft certifications considered advantageous.
  • ● Generous Professional Development Budget.
