Requirements
- ● to 2 years' experience operating and maintaining boiler systems in a 5-star hotel or similar hospitality environment
- ● Proven knowledge of steam and heat regulation systems, including gauge monitoring and control
- ● Demonstrated understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance regulations
- ● Ability to conduct systematic equipment testing and record accurate results
- ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose equipment malfunctions
- ● Excellent teamwork and communication skills across all departments
- ● Familiarity with Operational Standards Manual (OSM) requirements and industry best practices
- ● Preferred:
- ● Formal certification or qualification in boiler operation or plant engineering
- ● Knowledge of pneumatic tool operations and associated systems
- ● Demonstrated experience in staff mentoring and knowledge transfer
- ● Previous experience responding to emergency procedures in a hospitality setting
- ● Proficiency in maintaining detailed operational documentation and records
- ● Understanding of environmental sustainability practices within hotel operations
