  • ● As a Functional Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM), you will lead the rollout of SAP SM processes, collaborate across functional teams, support business stakeholders, and ensure a smooth and stable go live experience. You will be responsible for driving design, configuration, testing, and post deployment support initiatives.
  • ● Lead the rollout of SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM).
  • ● Analyse business requirements and convert them into BRDs and configuration designs.
  • ● Configure SAP SM functionalities to align with business processes and template standards.
  • ● Drive Unit Testing and UAT cycles, ensuring thorough coverage and timely issue resolution.
  • ● Collaborate with the global template team to ensure best practice design and process adherence.
  • ● Collaboration & Communication
  • ● Work closely with SAP functional leads (SD, MM, PP, FI) to ensure seamless cross module integration.
  • ● Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and communicate rollout progress.
  • ● Participate in cross functional meetings to align SAP deployment activities with business priorities.
  • ● User Support & Training
  • ● Deliver user training and enablement on SAP SM functionalities, processes, and best practices.
  • ● Act as the primary liaison between business users and the SAP template/core team.
