  • ● This is a hands-on functional role for someone with strong experience across either SAP PPM/PS or SAP PM/MM. You'll work across functional configuration, production support, enhancements and project delivery, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams within an ITIL-managed services environment.
  • ● Provide functional support across 1, including incidents, service requests and enhancements.
  • ● Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP functional solutions.
  • ● Configure, test and deploy SAP changes within your relevant functional area.
  • ● Support Unit Testing, SIT and UAT activities.
  • ● Investigate production issues, troubleshoot defects and perform root cause analysis.
  • ● Collaborate with ABAP, Basis and cross-functional SAP teams to deliver quality solutions.
  • ● Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and recommend improvements.
  • ● Produce functional specifications and documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • ● + years' commercial SAP functional experience supporting or implementing SAP ECC.
  • ● Strong functional and configuration experience in either:
  • ● SAP PPM/PS - Portfolio & Project Management / Project Systems; or
  • ● SAP PM/MM - Plant Maintenance / Materials Management.
  • ● Strong understanding of the relevant end-to-end business processes associated with your SAP modules.
  • ● Strong experience across testing, production support, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
