Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Performance Management and Goals Management modules. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying the PMGM module for both new and existing clients across industries. Responsibilities: - Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations and support for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) modules. - Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into system configurations aligned with SAP best practices. - Conduct r
Requirements
- ● to 5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementation and support.
- ● Must be certified in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (latest release preferred).
- ● Strong understanding of performance form templates, goal alignment, calibration, and continuous performance management.
- ● Good knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SuccessFactors integration touchpoints.
- ● Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.
- ● Able to work under pressure, resolve issues proactively, and deliver on time.
- ● Team-oriented, positive attitude, and ready to adapt in dynamic environments.
- ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related fields.
- ● Exposure to other SAP SuccessFactors modules like EC, Learning, or Succession is an advantage.
