About the Company

At Zego, we're on a mission to do the good thing, not the insurance thing. Insurance hasn't changed much in over a century. The way we live, work and travel has. We're building the real-time, AI-driven infrastructure that powers innovative insurance, so good drivers get cover that works the way they actually drive. We're not just updating insurance; We're leading the AI evolution in insurance. For us, AI isn't a line on a roadmap or a buzzword on a slide. It's our operating reality, and it's how we build products that back drivers instead of the old insurance playbook. We don't do things slowly, and we don't do bureaucracy. We back high-performance builders who want ownership, early responsibility and the chance to do the most career-defining work of their lives.

About the Role

As Senior Pricing Manager at Zego, you will be a key leader within the PCI pricing function, responsible for shaping and executing pricing strategy across Personal Car products, markets, and customer segments. You will own complex pricing decisions end to end, balancing growth, profitability, and customer value, while ensuring pricing remains aligned with Zego's broader commercial and strategic objectives. Operating at senior level, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership, influence company wide decision making, and help scale pricing capability as Zego continues to grow in the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • ● Partner with the Director of Pricing and senior leadership to define and execute pricing strategy that supports growth, profitability, and long term value creation.
  • ● Own end to end pricing for a portfolio of products or initiatives, from strategic design through to launch, monitoring, and optimisation.
  • ● Lead pricing decisions for new propositions, market entries, and major commercial changes, ensuring clear rationale, governance, and alignment with business goals.
  • ● Develop and evolve pricing frameworks, methodologies, and performance metrics that can scale with the business.
  • ● Provide clear commercial insight and recommendations through data driven analysis, translating complex pricing outcomes into actionable decisions for non technical stakeholders.
  • ● Act as a thought leader for pricing, challenging existing approaches, driving innovation, and raising pricing maturity across the organisation.
  • ● Mentor and develop other pricing team members, contributing to capability building, best practice, and a high performance culture.

Requirements

  • ● Significant experience in Personal or Commercial Lines pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management, with demonstrated ownership of complex pricing decisions in a fast paced environment.
  • ● You've owned work from data through to deployment, worked with high-volume data and drove decisions independently.
  • ● You've advanced analytical capability and comfort working with data driven insights, models, and performance metrics, regardless of specific tools or languages used.
  • ● Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to simplify complexity and influence decision making at executive level.
  • ● Autonomy in a smaller setup and experience building, scaling, or improving pricing frameworks, governance, or operating models.
  • ● Demonstrated people leadership or coaching experience, with a track record of developing others and elevating team performance.
  • ● You work AI-first, using AI daily.
