About the Role

At Yubo, design has a real seat at the table. Designers and Product Managers work in a strong partnership, shaping strategy and decisions from ideation all the way to delivery, with direct and visible impact on both the product and the business. We're precisely looking for a Senior Product Designer to form that partnership with a Product Manager: a duo jointly responsible for the end-to-end experiences you ship together. This is a highly strategic role where you'll help shape product strategy, design experiments, and deliver end-to-end product initiatives focused on impacting growth, retention, and monetization across a product used by millions of users. Product teams are moving away from small, isolated feature launches toward bigger, end-to-end experiences tested at scale, which means your design work will shape whole user journeys rather than individual screens. You'll spend time understanding user behaviour, exploring solutions, validating ideas, and refining experiences based on real-world data, all for the sake of shipping quality experiences. We don't expect everything to be perfect from the get-go though, so expect iteration at every occasion This role is particularly well suited to someone who enjoys balancing product thinking with strong craft, and who wants their work to have a visible impact on business outcomes and user experience alike. Requirements

  • ● You have 3-4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally within consumer mobile applications
  • ● You are comfortable owning projects from problem definition through launch
  • ● You combine strong visual design skills with solid product thinking
  • ● You know how to use data, research, and user feedback to guide decisions
  • ● You can communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • ● You enjoy collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams
  • ● You are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve
  • ● You have the conviction to make bold design calls and defend them
  • ● You design with the user at the center
  • ● WITHIN A MONTH, YOU WILL
  • ● Get familiar with Yubo's product, users, business model, and design principles
  • ● Build relationships with your Product Manager and key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, Brand, Trust & Safety
  • ● Understand current product priorities, ongoing experiments, and major user journeys
  • ● Learn how we use data and research to make product decisions
  • ● Start contributing to design discussions and smaller initiatives
  • ● WITHIN 3 MONTHS, YOU WILL
  • ● Take ownership of a defined design workstream, working end-to-end from discovery to delivery
  • ● Run and analyze your first experiments, using data and user feedback to validate design decisions
  • ● Establish effective, trusted ways of working with your Product Manager and Engineering counterparts
  • ● Ship your first mobile experience improvements
