  • ● Our founding AE is signing the first US logos. Today, no one owns what happens after the signature: configuring, deploying and making these customers successful. We're hiring a founding operator to own deployment end to end, start fully hands-on, then build and lead the US deployment team. You report directly to the CEO.
  • ● YOUR MISSION
  • ● Deploy and make Vocca's first US clients successful (config, go-live, support, success, account management). Start 100% hands-on for the first month, then write the playbook and build the deployment team that keeps up with US growth, from a handful of centers today to 6M ARR deployed and 6-8 people by end of 2027.
  • ● EXPECTED OUTCOMES
  • ● At 3 months:
  • ● Deep product mastery: you configure and bring centers live independently, without leaning on the French tech team.
  • ● You absorb the deployment volume (a signed pipeline heading toward 50 centers/month) with a short, stable time-to-go-live.
