About the Role

As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will take a hands-on approach across accounting, compliance, reporting, and financial analysis in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • ● In this role, you will help on 4 broad categories
  • ● Accounting and closing (Overall responsibility for month, quarterly and year-end; controlling; reconciliations; compliance; AP / AR)
  • ● Process optimization and internal control
  • ● Reporting, compliance and auditing (VAT; audit preparations)
  • ● Financial controlling through variance analysis on actuals vs forecasts
  • ● Intellectual Rigor & Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable working with data, systems, and automation, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
