Responsibilities

  • ● Prioritizing the team's roadmap and initiatives.
  • ● Coaching and developing team members.
  • ● Defining quality standards and best practices.
  • ● Ensuring successful project delivery.
  • ● Building a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • ● IT PLATFORMS & INTERNAL TOOLS
  • ● You'll own the administration, security and evolution of our internal IT platforms.
  • ● You'll work on:
  • ● Google Workspace
  • ● Cloudflare Zero Trust
  • ● Identity & Access Management (SSO / SCIM)
  • ● SaaS lifecycle management
  • ● Your goal is to keep our IT environment reliable, secure and ready to support Pennylane's growth.
  • ● IT PROJECTS & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
  • ● You'll lead the team's main continuous improvement initiatives.
  • ● This includes:
  • ● Leading cross-functional IT projects.
  • ● Automating repetitive tasks.
  • ● Standardizing processes.
  • ● Improving internal documentation.

Requirements

  • ● Proven experience as an IT Lead/IT Project Manager, or similar role in a fast-growing SaaS or tech environment.
  • ● Previous experience leading or mentoring technical teams is a strong plus.
  • ● TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • ● Strong hands-on experience with SaaS administration tools such as Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Notion, Okta, and Cloudflare Zero Trust.
  • ● Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts, including SSO and SCIM.
  • ● Comfortable working in Apple/macOS environments.
  • ● Good understanding of IT security, access governance, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
  • ● Scripting and automation skills (Bash/Zsh, Python) are considered a strong plus.
  • ● MINDSET & SOFT SKILLS
  • ● Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive topics end-to-end.
  • ● Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach balancing security, scalability, and user experience.
  • ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
