You will be instrumental in taking the product from early execution through commercialisation and long-term scale. The team operates in a high-autonomy, AI-first environment, and you will have significant ownership and influence on the product's direction.

  • ● Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning in international payments and remittance.
  • ● Analyse data to inform product decisions, features, and enhancements.
  • ● Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals.
  • ● Define and manage the product roadmap, including features, milestones, and timelines for an AI-enabled, commercially oriented product.
  • ● Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • ● Collaborate with client-facing teams, engineering, sales, compliance, legal, fraud, and commercial teams to drive product development.
  • ● Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support across all phases of the product lifecycle.
  • ● Execution & Delivery
  • ● Define and prioritise product features based on customer feedback, business objectives, and commercial opportunities.
