Responsibilities

  • ● Own end-to-end project delivery, from pre-sales engagement through to final handover, driving AI-augmented innovation and seamless execution at every phase.
  • ● Ensure project transparency by sharing clear KPIs with teams and clients to track progress and anticipate risks.
  • ● Lead project advancement by maintaining a clear view on requirements and milestones and unblock teams proactively.
  • ● Guarantee service quality by supporting PALO IT Labs teams, relaying client feedback, and facilitating resolution of blockers.
  • ● Be a trusted advisor for clients by building strong, strategic partnerships aligned with their business goals.
  • ● Partner with account management to oversee financial performance to secure sustainable project success.
  • ● Facilitate cross-stakeholder communication by serving as the central contact for senior client stakeholders, internal teams, and commercial leadership.
  • ● Drive key reporting and governance by documenting and sharing progress, risks, and decisions effectively.
  • ● Host collaborative workshops to create alignment on objectives and working methods anchored in Gen-e² .
  • ● Coach and uplift the Gen-e² delivery team by promoting continuous improvement, embedding Gen-e² practices, and leading ceremonies.
  • ● Advise clients on product management by helping define vision, optimize backlogs, and maximize delivered value.

Requirements

  • ● Have at least 8 years of experience driving software delivery in agile and iterative contexts - from discovery to maintenance.
  • ● Excel at setting direction, communicating with impact, organizing teams, and aligning objectives to boost efficiency and project outcomes.
  • ● Have a deep understanding of clients' strategic and business contexts, enabling anticipation of needs and adoption of their point of view.
  • ● Master facilitation and dialogue, confidently engaging senior decision-makers and fostering smooth interaction across all stakeholders.
  • ● Practice servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and transparency in team dynamics.
  • ● Be comfortable stepping into Scrum Master and/or Product Owner roles when needed.
  • ● Be fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus.
  • ● Be passionate about Tech for Good, including accessibility, sustainability, and ethical AI.
