Your Role - Design and develop advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI, transforming data into strategic insights. - Structure and optimize data models using best practices (Star Schema, Snowflake). - Connect and integrate diverse data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, APIs, and cloud environments. - Create complex DAX measures and KPIs with performance in mind. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and co-create impactful data solutions. - Ensure performance, security, and governance of published reports and datasets. - Advocate for and contribute to the promotion of a strong data-driven culture across the organizat
