Your Role As a Backend Java Developer at PALO IT, you'll lead the design and implementation of scalable backend systems for innovative digital solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software, contribute to technical decisions, and mentor other developers. - Design, implement, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and seamless integration with frontend systems. - Build and optimize microservices architectures, applying design patterns, clean architecture, and software engi

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • ● + years of backend development experience with Java.
  • ● Strong proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
  • ● Solid experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
  • ● Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
  • ● Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including technologies such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
  • ● Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab is a plus.
  • ● Passionate about clean code, technical excellence, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  • ● Willingness to share knowledge and mentor other developers.
  • ● Fluent in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
