About the Company

TL;DR - We're looking for a hands-on research and engineering leader to get the best performance out of commercial and open source frontier models, in order to power the future of AI software engineering. You'll own experiments end-to-end-from dataset design to model alignment and performance optimization. Responsibilities

  • ● In one sentence: Build the most powerful ensemble of LLMs into lovable products.
  • ● Design and execute experiments grounded in real coding and product use cases
  • ● Define, track and optimize product-centric LLM performance metrics
  • ● Partner with engineering leads to hire and hone a world-class team
  • ● Own training pipelines, distillation workflows, and synthetic data generation systems
  • ● Work closely with infra and product engineers to scale and ship model improvements
