  • ● LocalStack is a local cloud development platform. LocalStack makes it easier, faster, and less expensive for software teams to ship reliable, high-quality applications to the cloud.
  • ● The cloud was built to run software, not to support AI-native development workflows. As the world's leading local cloud development platform, LocalStack provides secure local sandboxes that simulate cloud environments, enabling AI agents and software developers to find and fix risks faster and more effectively than they can in the cloud.
  • ● Our customer base ranges from SMBs to Global Fortune 500 companies. Our clients include companies like NASA, Harness, IBM, Workday, Comcast, Apple, 3M, Block and many more.
  • ● LocalStack is headquartered in Zurich/Switzerland , with a small engineering office in Vienna/Austria and remote team members from 25 countries including the US, FR, UK, CA, ES, and many more
  • ● Check our Notion Candidate Handbook https://localstack.notion.site/candidate-handbook-x-localstack and our GitHub https://github.com/localstack/localstack
  • ● What you will be working on/responsible for
  • ● Maintain GRR 90% across their book, with renewals forecast accurately and risks flagged and addressed well ahead of renewal.
  • ● Take on a full book of accounts and onboard new customers quickly, so the team has capacity to support both new and existing customers.
  • ● Move customers from basic to advanced usage, such as CI integration and Cloud Pods, with LocalStack embedded in their engineering workflows.
  • ● Grow accounts organically by identifying new teams and use cases, including Azure and Snowflake, and driving adoption of new product releases.
  • ● Run each account with a clear success plan and work in step with the TAM, AE and Product, while helping refine our playbooks and KPIs.
  • ● Experience we expect you to bring to the role
  • ● + years in Customer Success or account management at a SaaS company, preferably in developer tooling or DevOps-focused SaaS, 2+ years managing enterprise clients
  • ● Has led renewals through procurement end to end, including commercial terms, pricing conversations and negotiation, with a solid grasp of the commercial side of the role.
  • ● Track record of strong retention (e.g., GRR) and growing customer adoption.
  • ● Technically curious and able to engage credibly with engineering teams; familiar with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD workflows and developer tooling concepts (no coding required).
  • ● Uses AI tools such as Claude to accelerate the productivity in day-to-day work (without AI slop). Familiar with HubSpot or other CRM platforms, and open to piloting new AI and CS tooling as we evaluate it.
